Health Guarantee

Pond Valley Labradors offers the following guarantee to the original buyer only.

We guarantee your puppy to not have severe or crippling hip dysphasia for up to 25 months of age. If your veterinarian suspects a dysphasia problem, the x-ray showing this condition must be verified by the OFA (Orthopedic Foundation for Animals). This x-ray must be done before 25 months of age.

If any of these conditions are verified, and the owner wants to keep the dog, the owner will need to send a letter from a licensed veterinarian stating that the dog has been spayed or neutered. Upon the letter's receipt, the Breeder will then replace the dog with a puppy of comparable breeding when available. In any case, all veterinary, diagnostic, return and replacement costs will be the owner's responsibility.

These guarantees are dependent upon demonstration that the puppy has received all up to date vaccinations by a licensed veterinarian. Anything that affects the development or well-being of the puppy, such as adequate nutrition, abuse, neglect, trauma, or being used for breeding before two years of age will void these guarantees.
